Health Canada Releases Test Results Of Certain Sartan Drugs

Summary Health Canada released test results for certain blood pressure medications containing sartan ingredients and found they may contain an impurity called NDMA (N-nitrosodimethylamine). The affected products were distributed across Canada. Health Canada is continuing to monitor and investigate these drugs.
