2024 Toyota Highlander Hybrid - Seats And Restraints

Toyota is recalling 21 model year 2024-2025 Highlander and Highlander Hybrid vehicles because the bolt securing the third-row center seat belt anchor to the roof may not be properly installed, which could cause the seat belt to loosen or detach during a crash. This defect increases the risk of injury to passengers in that seat. Owners will be notified by mail and instructed to have the seat belt anchor bolt replaced at a Toyota dealership.
