Land Rover Discovery Sport: Seat Belt Pretensioner May Not Deploy

Land Rover is recalling approximately 25,884 Discovery Sport, Range Rover, and Range Rover Sport vehicles because the seat belt pretensioners may not deploy properly due to an incorrect chemical mix in the initiator component. If the pretensioner fails to activate during a crash, the seat belt will not tighten as designed. Dealers will inspect the pretensioners and replace them if necessary.
