- During quality inspections at the manufacturing plant, damage (holes) was discovered in a small number of sterile packs. An investigation revealed that the sterile packs may have been damaged during the packaging process. Although the risk of equipment contamination due to this damage is low, we have decided to recall the product because the sterile condition inside the packs cannot be maintained if they are damaged.
