Recall Summary Well Walk exercise equipment (model WW-3000, serial numbers 550-0003 through 550-0014) is being recalled because one of multiple protective grounding wires in the right robotic leg component may wear through and break after a year of use due to improper contact during assembly. The equipment is used to maintain, develop, or recover lower limb muscle strength, and was shipped between July 8, 2024 and January 22, 2025. The manufacturer has already changed its assembly process to prevent the problem going forward and will voluntarily repair existing units to inspect and correct the wiring.
