Ford Kuga, Escape, Bronco - Brandgefahr

Recall Summary Ford is recalling certain Kuga, Escape, and Bronco vehicles produced between November 2018 and May 2024 because a high-pressure fuel injector can crack, causing fuel to leak onto the top of the engine where it could come into contact with hot exhaust components and create a fire risk. In Germany, this primarily affects Kuga models with the 1.5L Dragon engine, while at least one Escape in Belgium and one Bronco in the Netherlands are also affected. A remedy is not yet available.
