Peugeot 406: Incorrect Wiring Of Lateral Airbags And Seat Belt Pretensioners
Peugeot is recalling 35,881 model 406 vehicles because the wiring connections for side airbags and seat belt pretensioners may be reversed on some units. This wiring error could cause the wrong airbag to deploy during a crash. Dealers will correct the wiring in the airbag connector.
