Volvo Car S60: Loss Of Power Steering Assistance

Volvo Recall Summary Volvo is recalling approximately 18,804 vehicles (S60, XC60, XC70, V70, S80, and V60 models) because the auxiliary drive belt tensioner can wear prematurely and fail, which may cause loss of power steering assistance. In rare cases, a failed tensioner or belt could also result in loss of engine power. Volvo will replace the auxiliary drive belt and tensioner on affected vehicles.
