- Reason
- It is possible that some brake hoses within the brake system may have been manufactured without the crimping of the clamping sleeve. This could result in the detachment of a hose from its connection. If this occurred then it could result in the braking efficiency being lost from a wheel station or the application of the parking brake. In extreme cases this could affect the directional control of the vehicle. Remedy: Recall all affected vehicle to check and if required replace the brake hoses with a quality assured hose.
