- We have detected minute metal foreign particles in vials of other products manufactured on the same production line as the product in question. Our investigation confirmed that these foreign particles originated from manufacturing equipment. As a result, we have determined that we cannot completely rule out the possibility of foreign particle contamination in products manufactured on this line, and have therefore decided to conduct a voluntary recall.
