- It has been determined that the disposable suction biopsy needle NA-U403SX (hereinafter referred to as “the device”) from a specific lot may have been shipped to the market without a manufacturing defect in the tip being detected during inspection. Because this manufacturing defect could cause parts to detach during use, we have decided to conduct a recall. Reason for adding additional lots(*) We have added additional lots because our investigation identified additional factors related to this issue and revealed that the tip component is subject to degradation.
