We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, contact us at support@trynibble.app within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. If you have already begun using premium features during the withdrawal period, you agree that you may owe a proportionate amount for the service used. This right of withdrawal does not apply to renewal periods.

Recall data is sourced from government agencies across 13 countries. US recall data (FDA, FSIS, CPSC, NHTSA) is public domain information. UK recall data (FSA, MHRA, OPSS) is published under the Open Government Licence v3.0. EU Safety Gate data is published by the European Commission. Data from other countries' agencies (Health Canada, FSANZ, TGA, ACCC, DGCCRF, MHLW, KATS, TFDA, MPI, MEIC, ESMA, and others) is sourced from their respective public feeds and used in accordance with applicable terms.
You retain ownership of content you provide (profile names, etc.). By providing content, you grant us a license to use it to operate the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $50, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are an Australian consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Nibble is a data aggregator that republishes recall information from Australian government agencies (FSANZ, TGA, ACCC) but does not independently verify or supplement this data. Coverage may not include all recalls issued in Australia, and there may be delays between when a government agency publishes a recall and when it appears in the app.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot be excluded or limited by contract, including statutory rights related to the quality of digital content and services.
Nibble republishes recall information from UK government agencies (FSA, MHRA, OPSS) under the Open Government Licence v3.0. This data is provided as-is and we do not independently verify or supplement it. Coverage may not include all recalls issued in the UK, and there may be delays between when an agency publishes an alert and when it appears in the app.
Our liability to UK consumers is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
If you are a consumer in Canada, nothing in these Terms overrides any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under federal or provincial law, including the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) and comparable provincial statutes. Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted under applicable Canadian law.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and Directive 93/13/EEC (Unfair Contract Terms Directive). The arbitration clause and class action waiver below do not apply to EU/EEA consumers where prohibited by applicable law. You retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in Japan, nothing in these Terms overrides any mandatory consumer rights you have under the Consumer Contract Act (Shouhisha Keiyaku Hou). Clauses that unilaterally waive all of the operator's liability for damages caused by default are void under Article 8 of the Consumer Contract Act.
If you are a consumer in South Korea, nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory consumer rights under the Framework Act on Consumers or the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. The arbitration clause below does not apply to Korean consumers where prohibited by law.
If you are a consumer in New Zealand, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded by agreement. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@trynibble.app to attempt informal resolution.
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nibble regarding the App.
